These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of BraveHearts Growth Suite, including our website, creator profiles, directory, AI-assisted tools, collaboration features, guest booking features, contact upload tools, Creator Partner Rewards, subscriptions, support features, and related services.
By creating an account, claiming a Creator Growth Profile, starting a trial, subscribing to a paid plan, uploading contacts, sending invitations, using guest booking tools, using collaboration tools, participating in Creator Partner Rewards, or otherwise using BraveHearts Growth Suite, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Notice.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use BraveHearts Growth Suite.
For clarity, the following terms have these meanings:
BraveHearts Growth Suite is a creator growth workspace and opportunity marketplace. It helps show creators, guest-ready experts, authors, speakers, coaches, founders, educators, public figures, people with lived experience, people with specialized knowledge, and other notable voices create profiles, get discovered, find guests, request guest opportunities, co-promote and collaborate, organize warm contacts, create growth assets, and move toward stronger visibility and sponsorship readiness.
BraveHearts Growth Suite provides tools, templates, workflows, AI-assisted drafts, directory features, contact organization features, guest booking tools, collaboration tools, and referral/reward features.
BraveHearts Growth Suite does not guarantee guests, bookings, collaborations, sponsorships, revenue, audience growth, media placements, search visibility, partner acceptance, referral earnings, or business results.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use BraveHearts Growth Suite.
If you use BraveHearts Growth Suite on behalf of a company, show, podcast, organization, media brand, nonprofit, client, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to do so.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information current. You may not impersonate another person, claim a profile you do not have the right to manage, or use BraveHearts Growth Suite in a misleading or unauthorized way.
You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
BraveHearts Growth Suite may include profiles and listings for show creators, guest experts, authors, speakers, coaches, founders, educators, public figures, people with lived experience, people with specialized knowledge, and other guest-ready or creator-led people and brands.
Some profiles may be created, imported, suggested, preloaded, or displayed as unclaimed profiles based on publicly available information, submitted information, partner-provided information, user-provided information, or internal research.
An unclaimed profile does not mean that the person, show, organization, or brand has joined, endorsed, approved, authorized, partnered with, or sponsored BraveHearts Growth Suite.
Claiming a profile allows you to review, update, manage, and use that profile according to the features available in your account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, approve, publish, or use.
BraveHearts Growth Suite may review, edit, hide, reject, suspend, or remove profile information that is inaccurate, misleading, abusive, spammy, unlawful, violates these Terms, or creates risk for the platform or other users.
Private contact information should not be displayed publicly unless you choose to make it visible or authorize its use in a feature.

BraveHearts Growth Suite may allow users to identify as:
You are responsible for choosing the profile type that best reflects how you intend to use BraveHearts Growth Suite.
You may submit, upload, enter, generate, edit, approve, or store content in BraveHearts Growth Suite. This may include profile details, show descriptions, bios, links, guest topics, contact lists, uploaded files, notes, collaboration messages, guest booking messages, sponsor-related materials, promotional copy, and AI-assisted drafts.
You keep ownership of your content.
By using BraveHearts Growth Suite, you grant BraveHearts Growth Suite a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, transmit, format, modify, and use your content as needed to operate, secure, support, maintain, analyze, and improve the service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit and use your content and that your content does not violate any law, third-party right, or platform rule.
You are responsible for reviewing your content before publishing, sending, sharing, or relying on it.
BraveHearts Growth Suite may use AI-assisted tools to help create or improve drafts, profiles, one-sheets, guest messages, collaboration messages, promo materials, sponsor-related materials, outreach drafts, and other creator growth assets.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific use without review.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content.
AI tools are provided as drafting and workflow support. They do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, compliance, investment, or other professional advice.
BraveHearts Growth Suite may process inputs, outputs, profile information, message context, and related data as needed to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve AI-assisted features. Our use of AI-related information is described further in our Privacy Notice.
You agree not to submit confidential, regulated, sensitive, private, or third-party information into AI-assisted tools unless you have the right to do so and are comfortable with that information being processed to provide the service.
BraveHearts Growth Suite may allow eligible users to send creator-to-creator collaboration invitations, co-promotion invitations, guest swap invitations, campaign collaboration invitations, or similar messages.
Collaboration Invites are intended for legitimate creator-to-creator opportunities. They may not be used for spam, harassment, sponsor blasting, deceptive outreach, purchased lists, scraped lists, unrelated promotions, fake identities, or mass unsolicited campaigns.
Recipients may respond, ignore, opt out, mark themselves unavailable, or report abuse.
BraveHearts Growth Suite may limit, block, review, suspend, or disable Collaboration Invite activity to protect users and the platform.
BraveHearts Growth Suite may allow show creators to invite guest experts to be considered for a show, podcast, interview, livestream, video episode, or media opportunity.
BraveHearts Growth Suite may also allow guest experts to request to be considered as guests for shows.
Guest Booking tools are provided to help users organize requests, invitations, scheduling information, responses, and status updates. BraveHearts Growth Suite does not guarantee that any booking will be accepted, scheduled, completed, promoted, or successful.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of their booking details, scheduling links, availability notes, show descriptions, guest descriptions, and communications.
BraveHearts Growth Suite may allow eligible users to upload and organize private warm creator or guest contacts.
Uploaded contacts must be relevant to BraveHearts Growth Suite, such as show creators, guest-ready experts, authors, speakers, coaches, founders, educators, public figures, people with lived experience, people with specialized knowledge, notable voices, or people connected to podcasts, video shows, livestreams, connected TV shows, creator-led media properties, or guest opportunities.
You may not upload purchased lists, scraped lists, sponsor lists, unrelated business contacts, cold lead lists, or contacts you do not have a legitimate reason to invite through BraveHearts Growth Suite.
By uploading contacts, you represent and warrant that:
You are solely responsible for the source, accuracy, legality, appropriateness, and permissions associated with any contact information you upload.
Uploaded contacts remain private to the uploading user unless a separate feature or permission allows otherwise.
Uploading contacts does not automatically make those contacts public directory members, active users, opted-in members, or endorsed participants.
BraveHearts Growth Suite may validate, normalize, dedupe, flag, skip, reject, delete, or restrict uploaded contacts to protect the platform and other users.
BraveHearts Growth Suite may limit, suspend, or disable contact upload or invitation features if we believe they are being misused.
By using BraveHearts Growth Suite, you agree that we may send account-related, transactional, service, security, support, billing, profile claim, guest booking, collaboration, referral, and feature-related emails.
Some emails are necessary to operate the service. Marketing emails, where applicable, may include an unsubscribe or opt-out option.
You agree not to use BraveHearts Growth Suite email or invite features to send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful promotions, or unauthorized outreach.
You are responsible for ensuring that any messages you send or initiate through BraveHearts Growth Suite comply with applicable laws, rules, and platform policies.
Creator Partner Rewards is governed by the Creator Partner Rewards Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Creator Partner Rewards may allow eligible users to invite creators or guest-ready people to claim a Free Creator Growth Profile and earn rewards when qualified referred users activate paid BraveHearts Growth Suite accounts.
Creator Partner Rewards do not create employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, partnership, ownership, or sales representative status.
Rewards are subject to eligibility, tracking, review, refunds, chargebacks, fraud checks, program rules, and payout requirements.
Some BraveHearts Growth Suite features may require a free profile, trial, paid subscription, active account, upgrade, or separate purchase.
Paid subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, and billing are processed through our payment processor.
By starting a trial or paid subscription, you authorize the applicable charges shown at checkout and agree to any plan terms shown at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Before you subscribe, the checkout page or subscription flow should show the material terms of your plan, which may include the plan name, price, billing interval, trial length, renewal terms, and how to cancel.
You are responsible for reviewing the subscription terms before starting a trial or paid subscription.
You may cancel according to the cancellation method provided in your account, billing portal, checkout confirmation, or support documentation.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not necessarily create a refund for prior charges, partial billing periods, or already-provided access unless required by law or stated in the Refund Policy.
Refunds, if any, are handled according to the BraveHearts Growth Suite Refund Policy and any terms shown at checkout.
You may request account closure or deletion of certain information by contacting: support@braveheartsgrowthsuite.com
Some information may be deleted, anonymized, hidden, or retained depending on the nature of the data, legal requirements, security needs, billing records, fraud-prevention needs, dispute-resolution needs, backup systems, and legitimate business purposes.
Uploaded contacts, AI drafts, profile content, guest booking records, collaboration records, referral records, support records, and account records may be retained as described in the Privacy Notice.
If your account is closed, some public or shared content may remain visible if it was previously published, shared, sent, used in a booking or collaboration record, or retained for legitimate business, legal, security, or accounting reasons.

BraveHearts Growth Suite respects intellectual property rights.
If you believe content on BraveHearts Growth Suite infringes your copyright, you may send a notice to our designated copyright agent.
Your notice should include:
We may remove or disable access to material alleged to be infringing and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake, you may send a counter-notice that includes the information required by applicable law.
BraveHearts Growth Suite may provide notices and counter-notices to the relevant parties or authorities as required or permitted by law.

BraveHearts Growth Suite may use third-party providers for hosting, databases, authentication, payments, email delivery, inbound email routing, AI processing, analytics, CRM, file storage, design, support, and other functions.
Your use of BraveHearts Growth Suite may involve those third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, and those services may have their own terms and policies.
BraveHearts Growth Suite helps users create assets, organize opportunities, discover potential connections, manage workflows, and move growth work forward.
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your content, audience, message, offer, follow-up, relationships, market, timing, effort, pricing, and third-party decisions.
We do not guarantee guests, bookings, collaborations, sponsorships, revenue, sales, audience growth, rankings, media placements, partner acceptance, referral earnings, or any other business outcome.
BraveHearts Growth Suite, including its software, designs, workflows, interface, templates, content, documentation, brand assets, and technology, is owned by BraveHearts Growth Suite or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, sell, license, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create competing products from BraveHearts Growth Suite materials except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission.
If you send us ideas, suggestions, comments, feature requests, or feedback, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. By using BraveHearts Growth Suite, you agree to the Privacy Notice.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your account or access to BraveHearts Growth Suite if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, misused the platform, failed to pay required fees, abused another user, abused referral or invite systems, or used the service in a way that could harm BraveHearts Growth Suite, users, partners, or the public.
You may stop using BraveHearts Growth Suite at any time. Certain records may be retained as needed for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting, or business purposes.
We may update BraveHearts Growth Suite or these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, we may provide notice through the service, by email, or by another reasonable method.
Continued use of BraveHearts Growth Suite after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
BraveHearts Growth Suite is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BraveHearts Growth Suite and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of BraveHearts Growth Suite.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to BraveHearts Growth Suite will not exceed the amount you paid to BraveHearts Growth Suite in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BraveHearts Growth Suite and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect to the maximum extent allowed by law.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, change of control, or by operation of law.
Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce that part or any other part later.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice, Creator Partner Rewards Terms, Refund Policy, and any plan-specific or checkout terms that apply to you, make up the entire agreement between you and BraveHearts Growth Suite regarding your use of the service.
We are not responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet failures, hosting outages, third-party service failures, payment processor outages, email delivery issues, cyberattacks, labor disputes, natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
