3. Information about people who are not users

BraveHearts Growth Suite may process limited information about people who have not created an account or directly provided information to us.

This may include:

BraveHearts Growth Suite does not publish public-facing directory profiles for non-users or unclaimed profiles. Public-facing directory visibility is intended for claimed, approved, or user-authorized profiles according to the platform's rules.

BraveHearts Growth Suite may maintain limited internal records for matching, profile claiming, deduplication, invitation routing, network activation, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, opt-out handling, and platform operations.

Those internal records should be limited to publicly available business, professional, creator, show, organization, or media-related information.

BraveHearts Growth Suite does not intend to publish private personal contact details for non-users or unclaimed profiles.

An unclaimed profile, preloaded record, internal record, or invitation record does not mean that the person, show, organization, or brand has joined, endorsed, approved, authorized, sponsored, or partnered with BraveHearts Growth Suite.

If you are not a BraveHearts Growth Suite user but believe your information appears in the platform, was uploaded by a user, or was used to send you an invitation, you may contact us to request review, correction, deletion, removal, hiding, opt-out, or future contact suppression.
