This page explains the refund, cancellation, and renewal terms for BraveHearts Growth Suite Founding Access.
Founding Access plans provide access to BraveHearts Growth Suite at the plan tier you select (Plus, Pro, Premier, or Studio/Agency). Each plan is offered as a paid subscription billed monthly or annually after your free trial ends.
Founding Access starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged when your trial begins. Your selected plan will start billing at the price shown at checkout only after the 14-day trial period ends, unless you cancel before then.
You can cancel anytime during your 14-day free trial and you will not be charged. If BraveHearts Growth Suite is not the right fit, cancel before the trial period closes and there is no charge.
After billing begins, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis using the support contact listed on this page. Annual plan refunds, when granted, are typically prorated for unused time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewal billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior charges outside of any active refund window.
Studio/Agency pilots, partner programs, custom rollouts, white-label discussions, and done-for-you services may have separate written terms, refund terms, and cancellation terms.
