How to Use BraveHearts Growth Suite

Everything you need to know about creating shows, launching campaigns, swapping promos, and growing your audience through the Creator Directory.

Getting Started

BraveHearts Growth Suite is a platform for show creators and hosts to collaborate, cross-promote, and grow their audiences together. Here's how to get up and running:

1

Sign Up with Magic Link

Visit the login page and enter your email address. We'll send you a magic link. No password needed. Click the link in your email to sign in instantly.
2

Set Up Your Profile

After signing in for the first time, your profile is automatically created. You'll land on the Dashboard where you can see an overview of your activity.
3

Add Your Show

Head to the Shows page and click "New Show" to register your show. Add a title, description, and any other details.
4

Start Collaborating

Create campaigns for trackable links, browse the Swap Board for cross-promo opportunities, or list yourself in the Creator Directory to be discovered.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home base. It gives you a quick overview of:

  • Your Shows: how many shows you've registered
  • Active Campaigns: campaigns currently running with trackable links
  • Total Clicks: combined clicks across all your short links
  • Active Swaps: cross-promo swaps in progress

Use the navigation bar at the top to move between different sections of the platform.

Shows & Episodes

Shows are the foundation of your presence on BraveHearts Growth Suite. Each show represents a program, podcast, or content series you produce.

Creating a Show
1

Go to Shows

Click Shows in the top navigation bar.
2

Click "New Show"

Fill in your show title and description. Choose a category that best describes your content.
3

Add Episodes (Optional)

Once your show is created, you can add individual episodes with titles, descriptions, and air dates. Episodes help collaborators understand your content.

Your shows are used throughout the platform. When creating campaigns, proposing swaps, and linking to your directory listing.

Campaigns & Trackable Links

Campaigns let you create trackable short links and QR codes for any URL. Use them to measure how your cross-promotions are performing.

Creating a Campaign
1

Navigate to Campaigns

Click Campaigns in the navigation.
2

Create a New Campaign

Give your campaign a name, select which show it's for, and set an optional start/end date.
3

Generate Short Links

For each campaign, you can create multiple short links. Each link has a destination URL and a unique short code.
4

Share Links & QR Codes

Every short link automatically gets a QR code. Share the short link or QR code with your promo partners.

Short Links

Shortened URLs that redirect to your destination while tracking every click. Share them on social media, in emails, or on air.

QR Codes

Auto-generated QR codes for every short link. Perfect for on-screen graphics, print materials, or event displays.

Guest promotion: Short links and QR codes aren't just for cross-promotion campaigns. They can also be used in guest-promotion workflows. When an episode featuring a guest goes live, generate a trackable link for the episode so both host and guest can share it and measure reach independently.

Swap Board

Collaboration

The Swap Board is where creators propose and manage cross-promotion trades. Think of it as a handshake tracker, "I'll promote your show if you promote mine."

How Swaps Work
1

Propose a Swap

Click "New Swap" and select one of your shows (what you're offering) and another creator's show (who you want to swap with).
2

Choose the Swap Type

Pick the type of cross-promotion:
  • Social Post Swap - mention each other on social media
  • Email Mention - feature each other in emails
  • Trailer Slot - play each other's trailer on your show
  • Guest Appearance - appear on each other's shows
  • Co-Hosted Episode - produce a joint episode together
  • Newsletter Feature - dedicated spotlight in each other's newsletters
  • Story/Reel Takeover - take over each other's social stories
  • Shoutout Video - record a video recommending each other's show
  • Ad Read - read a short ad for each other's show
  • Banner/Logo Placement - feature each other's branding on your site
  • Live Stream Collab - go live together on a streaming platform
  • Joint Giveaway - run a shared giveaway across both audiences
3

The Other Creator Accepts

Once accepted, both sides can start recording their actions.
4

Record Actions with Proof

As each side follows through, they click "Add Action" and provide a proof URL (like a link to the social post). This keeps everyone accountable.
5

Complete the Swap

When both sides are done, either creator can mark the swap as completed. You can also cancel at any time.

Creator Directory

Public

The Creator Directory is a public, searchable listing of thousands of creators, shows, and sponsors on the platform. Anyone can browse it. No login required.

Browsing the Directory
Search by creator name, show name, or keyword
Filter by category: find creators in your niche
Filter by listing type: Creator, Show, or Sponsor
Click any listing to see their full detail page with links, description, and contact info

If you find a listing that belongs to you but was imported by an admin, you can claim it by clicking the "Claim This Listing" button on the detail page (you'll need to be logged in).

Find Guests

New

The Find Guests page lets show hosts discover creators who are available to appear as guests.

Marking Yourself as Available

  • Go to My Listings → edit your listing
  • Toggle Available as a guest on other shows (Plus tier)
  • Add Guest Topics so hosts know what you can talk about (Plus tier and above)

Finding Guests for Your Show

  • Browse the Find Guests page and filter by category, language, or keyword
  • Click a guest card to view their full profile, topics, and details
  • Use the Request as Guest form to send them an invitation
  • Include your show name and a personal message about why you'd like them as a guest

Tip: Creators with the purple "Available as Guest" badge on their listing are ready to be booked. Guest requests are delivered to the creator's lead inbox.

Guest Booking With Built-In Promotion Support

BraveHearts Growth Suite helps you do more than book the right guest. Once the appearance is confirmed and the episode goes live, you can keep the momentum moving with ready-to-share links, QR codes, suggested social copy, promo assets, and follow-up reminders connected to the booking workflow.

1

Find and save the right guest

Browse the Find Guests page, filter by category or keyword, and save guests whose expertise fits your show.
2

Manage the booking workflow

Use the guest pipeline to track where each booking stands, from first contact through confirmed appearance.
3

Confirm the appearance

Once both sides agree, mark the booking as confirmed so the episode enters the post-production stage.
4

Mark the episode as published/live

When the episode airs, update its status to live to unlock the promotion tools tied to that booking.
5

Generate or access the share link and QR code

A trackable short link and QR code are available for the episode so both host and guest can drive traffic to it.
6

Review suggested social copy and promo prompts

Access ready-to-use social copy for the episode that both you and your guest can customize and post.
7

Access promo assets tied to the episode

Pull episode-specific promotional materials, including graphics, clip suggestions, and shareable quotes, from the booking record.
8

Use follow-up reminders to support post-publish sharing

Set follow-up reminders to check in with your guest and keep the episode visible in the days after it drops.

Note: This is distinct from the Swap Board and Cross-Promotions workflow. Guesting is about booking a single appearance and helping that finished episode get shared after it airs. Cross-Promotions are broader creator partnerships and promo trades.

Guest Opportunities

New

The Guest Opportunities board connects hosts looking for guests with creators ready to appear on shows. Hosts post what they're looking for, and guests pitch themselves directly.

For Hosts: Posting an Opportunity
1

Navigate to Guest Opportunities

Click Guest Opportunities in the navigation, then click Post Opportunity.
2

Fill Out the Details

Provide a title, describe the topic or theme you're seeking a guest for, select a category, and specify any requirements such as expertise or audience size.
3

Publish Your Opportunity

Once posted, your opportunity appears on the board for all creators to see. Interested guests can pitch themselves directly.
4

Review Pitches

When guests submit pitches, you'll be notified. Review each pitch, check the guest's profile, and decide who to invite onto your show.
For Guests: Pitching Yourself
1

Browse Opportunities

Visit the Guest Opportunities page to see all open opportunities from hosts.
2

Find the Right Fit

Filter by category or keyword to find opportunities that match your expertise and interests.
3

Submit Your Pitch

Click on an opportunity and write a compelling pitch explaining why you'd be a great guest. Include your relevant experience and what value you can bring to their audience.

Tip: A strong pitch is specific. Mention the host's show by name, explain what unique perspective you bring, and suggest a topic angle that would resonate with their audience.

Post-booking: Once a guest is booked through an opportunity, the workflow can continue into post-publish promotion support, including share links, QR codes, social copy, and follow-up reminders for the finished episode. See Find Guests → Guest Booking With Built-In Promotion Support above.

AI Pitch Writer

Premier

The AI Pitch Writer helps you write personalized sponsor outreach emails in seconds. Instead of starting from a blank page, the AI uses your show data and the sponsor's profile to draft a pitch that feels specific, not generic.

How to Use It
1

Select a Sponsor

Choose a contact from your saved lists or pipeline.
2

Generate a Pitch

Click "Write Pitch" and the AI drafts a personalized outreach email using your show name, audience size, niche, and the sponsor's category and company name.
3

Edit & Personalize

Review the draft and add any specific details: a recent campaign of theirs you admired, a mutual connection, or a specific package you want to propose.
4

Copy & Send

Copy the finished pitch and send it from your own email client, or paste it into your outreach tool of choice.

Tip: The AI gives you a strong starting point, but always add one or two personal sentences before sending. Sponsors can tell the difference between a genuine outreach and a copy-paste blast.

Sponsorship Studio

Premier

Sponsorship Studio is BraveHearts Growth Suite's built-in deck builder. It turns your show data into a polished, branded sponsor presentation, the kind that makes brands take you seriously. No design skills required.

What You Can Build
A full sponsorship media kit with your show story, audience breakdown, and sponsorship packages
Individual slide decks for specific sponsor pitches
Branded PDFs ready to attach to an email or share via link
How to Build a Deck
1

Create a New Deck

Go to Sponsorship Studio and click "Create My First Deck" (or "New Deck" if you've built one before).
2

Add Your Show Data

The studio pulls in your show name, audience stats, and niche automatically. Review and confirm the details.
3

Choose Your Packages

Add your sponsorship tiers, for example: Intro ($500/mo), Growth ($1,500/mo), Premier ($3,500/mo). Include what each tier covers (ad reads, mentions, newsletter features, etc.).
4

Customize the Design

Choose your brand colors, upload a logo, and add a cover image. The AI handles layout and formatting.
5

Export or Share

Download as a PDF to attach to emails, or copy a shareable link to send directly.

Tip: A polished deck signals professionalism before a sponsor has heard a single word from you. Creators with media kits close sponsorship deals at significantly higher rates than those without.

Using Outreach Tracker

Outreach Tracker is a private activity log for your outreach. It does not send emails or messages. Use it to draft outreach, copy messages to send through your own channels, log what you sent, and track follow-up across guests, collaborators, sponsors, invites, and system activity.

What Outreach Tracker does and does not do

What it does: Gives you a private workspace to draft outreach, organize threads by type (guest, sponsor, collab, invite), log activity, and track follow-up dates and status.

What it does not do: Nothing in Outreach Tracker sends an email, notifies a sponsor, messages a guest, or reaches any external contact. All entries are visible only to you.

Recommended workflow
1

Find a good-fit contact or opportunity

Use the Sponsor Directory, Guest tools, or Directory to identify who you want to reach out to.
2

Create an outreach thread

Open Outreach Tracker, create a new outreach thread, and choose the type that matches your goal.
3

Draft with a template or AI

Use a template or AI Writing to draft your outreach message in the composer.
4

Copy and send through your own channel

Copy the draft and send it through your own email, LinkedIn, or preferred channel. Nothing is sent from here.
5

Log the outreach

Use Log Outreach to save a private record of what you sent and when.
6

Track status and follow-up

Set a follow-up date and update the thread status as the relationship moves forward.

Private Outreach Log

Outreach threads are organized by type: guest, sponsor, cross-promo, invite, and system. Only you can see them.

Draft, Copy, Log, Track

Use templates or AI to draft, copy to send through your own channel, log what you sent, and track follow-up.

Reviews & Ratings

New

After a guest appearance, both hosts and guests can leave reviews to build trust and credibility on the platform.

How Reviews Work
1

Complete a Guest Appearance

Reviews become available after a guest collaboration has been completed.
2

Leave a Rating

Rate your experience from 1 to 5 stars. Consider factors like communication, professionalism, content quality, and punctuality.
3

Write a Review

Add a written review to give more context about your experience. This helps other creators make informed decisions about future collaborations.

How Ratings Affect Your Profile

  • Average Rating: your overall star rating is displayed on your directory listing and guest profile
  • Review Count: the number of reviews you've received shows your experience level
  • Trust Signal: creators with higher ratings are more likely to be selected for guest opportunities

Tip: Always leave honest, constructive reviews. Good reviews help the community thrive, and a strong review history makes you a more attractive collaborator.

Guest One-Sheets

New

Every creator with a directory listing gets an auto-generated guest one-sheet, a professional summary page designed to be shared with potential hosts or used as a media kit.

What's on Your One-Sheet
Profile Overview: your name, bio, headshot, and show details
Guest Topics: the subjects you can speak about as a guest
Scheduling URL: a link to your calendar or booking page so hosts can easily schedule you
Video Intro: an optional short video introduction that hosts can preview before booking
Social Links & Contact: all your relevant links in one place
Accessing & Sharing Your One-Sheet
1

Find Your One-Sheet

Go to your directory listing detail page and click the View One-Sheet button, or navigate directly to /directory/your-slug/one-sheet.
2

Share the Link

Copy the one-sheet URL and share it with potential hosts, include it in pitch emails, or add it to your social media bios.
3

Print It

The one-sheet is designed to be print-friendly. Use your browser's print function to generate a clean PDF for conferences, events, or in-person networking.

Tip: Add your scheduling URL and video intro in your listing edit page to make your one-sheet stand out. Hosts love being able to quickly preview a guest and book directly.

Managing Your Listings

Once you're logged in, you can create and manage your own directory listings from the My Listings section.

Creating a Listing
1

Submit a New Listing

Go to the Directory and click "Submit Listing." Fill in your title, show name, description, category, and listing type (Creator, Show, or Sponsor).
